Our Passion & Purpose

Salganik Solutions, founded in 2009 by Josh Salganik, started off as what only intended to be a temporary project to help his Mother revive her practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor & Mental Health Specialist. At the time, Josh is a fully qualified Money Manager holding his Series 7, 6, 63, and 66 FINRA Licenses and had recently completed training to earn the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF™) designation, *one of 10 most sought after designations in the world of Wealth Management. was conveniently in between jobs at the time, and his mother had just been laid off from her other part-time job working as a therapist at a separate local clinic, which was her main source of income.

Fast forward nearly 1 full year, and several disenchanting experiences while working with online marketing firms, Josh decided to channel his growing frustration and help his mother on his own. After 2 full years of rigorous testing and application of fundamental Statistics & Probability, Josh had landed on what he calls “The Alpha SEO Strategy.” Alpha, which is a play off of the mathematical formula well known to the world of wealth management, is something that every money manager seeks, however attainment remains a rarity. Achieving Alpha can only result from prudent portfolio management, and in layman’s terms, simply means that you would have made your client a higher return (asset appreciation + dividend income & capital gains) than that of the comparable asset class or underlying benchmark, less management fees charged to wealth management client accounts.

Upon proving the Alpha SEO Strategy to be efficacious, Salganik Solutions, Inc. was born. Phone calls and new business requests were soon to follow, as an increasing number of professionals & small business owners throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex learned of his mother’s success story. Salganik Solutions has since created several strategic relationships with web design & development firms that now offer the Alpha Strategy amongst their menu of services. Salganik Solutions’ strategic partners include PSHelper.com, VisionCourse.com, NetConnectPublicity.com, ProterraAdversing.com; as well as TheOldState.com, which began in January 2010 & remains the longest standing. Josh works very closely with Travis McElroy, Creative Director of The Old State LLC, on the creation and development of fully customized, economically viable business generating strategies on behalf of dozens of The Old State’s clientele.
